1 Introduction

Welcome to v9999. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and v9999 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and govern your access to and use of all products, services, and games available at v9999-khelo.com.

2 Eligibility

To register and use v9999, you must meet all of the following conditions:

3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold one account on v9999 only. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If v9999 discovers that a player holds more than one account, all duplicate accounts will be closed, any bonuses applied to those accounts will be voided, and any winnings derived from bonus funds across those accounts may be forfeited.

3.2 Accurate Information

Providing false information is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

3.3 Account Security

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

v9999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods, all settled in Pakistani Rupees (PKR): Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT), and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. v9999 does not accept payments in any foreign currency. Any third-party conversion fees are the player's responsibility.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

• Minimum single deposit: Rs 200
• Minimum single withdrawal: Rs 500

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by v9999 within 24 hours of submission under normal conditions. Most withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are completed within 15–30 minutes of processing. Bank IBFT transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank. Withdrawals to card may take 3–5 business days.

4.4 Same-Method Policy

Withdrawals must ordinarily be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. v9999 reserves the right to require this for security and anti-money-laundering compliance purposes. 4.5 No Third-Party Payments

Deposits from accounts or cards not belonging to the registered player are strictly prohibited. If a third-party payment is detected, the deposit will be returned and the account will be reviewed. 5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

5.2 Wagering Requirements

5.3 Bonus Expiry

5.4 One Bonus at a Time

Common patterns that constitute abuse include consistently wagering only on low-risk markets, using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, and coordinated play with other players.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

v9999 reserves the right to accept, decline, or limit any bet at its discretion, at any time and without providing a reason. Bets are not confirmed until accepted by v9999 and shown as confirmed in your account. Technical errors or obvious pricing mistakes do not constitute a valid confirmed bet.

6.2 Bet Settlement

All sports bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant sporting body. For PSL cricket, the PCB official result is final. For casino games and slots, the result displayed at the conclusion of the game round is final. v9999 will not reverse a settled outcome based on a player's belief that a different result occurred.

6.3 Errors and Technical Faults

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting the outcome of a game, v9999 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to player accounts. Any winnings generated during a technical fault may be voided. v9999 will not be liable for losses caused by technical issues beyond our reasonable control.

6.4 Maximum Winnings

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on v9999:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform or place bets.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate outcomes, particularly in poker or other player-versus-player games.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.

• Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting your age.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or serious breach, accounts may be suspended immediately and funds held pending investigation.

8.2 Player-Initiated Closure

Before closure, any active bonuses will be removed and any real money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method. Note that if you have active bets at the time of closure request, those bets will remain active until settled.
